## A malformed ISA mapping symbol ("$x<garbage>") must not crash llvm-objdump
## and must not silently produce a wrong decode.  The cache should remember
## the parse failure so repeated accesses do not keep consuming the error,
## and decoding must fall back to the base target (which here includes V via
## Tag_RISCV_arch), so the V instruction still decodes correctly.  A warning
## should be emitted exactly once per bad string so the user understands why
## the fallback kicked in.
